The Office for Learning and Teaching Enhancement (OLTE) is responsible for meeting and strengthening the techno-pedagogical requirements in all activities of OzU.
Boasting a cadre of seasoned specialists with scientific application experience in the fields of teaching, learning, and technological design, OLTE coordinates, monitors, and offers recommendations for improvements to the senior management for the necessary actions to take within the scope of the “Techno-Pedagogical Education Framework” in collaboration with the academic and administrative units.

Establishment of learning communities for teaching staff to interact with each other and with OLTE instructional design consultants.
Organizing workshops and training programs in response to the needs and requests of faculty members.
Structuring the design and materials for courses in accordance with international quality standards.
Conducting scientific research, development and application studies by carrying out joint projects in cooperation with the faculty members.
Sharing best practices applied in learning-teaching processes at our university.
Activities focused on developing self-regulation skills (such as time management and determining strategies aligned with academic goals) and their monitoring to study effectively and establish a roadmap according to the set objectives.
Activities aimed at sharing technologies that will enhance the learning and research experiences of ÖzÜ students.
Activities aimed at enhancing campus life and developing fundamental academic skills of ÖzÜ students.
Activities targeting factors that could potentially hinder effective studying and reaching academic goals (e.g., providing linguistic support and establishing a roadmap tailored to the student's goals).
Activities aimed at enabling students to utilise their social contexts for learning purposes and personal development.
Providing consultancy on message design and instructional design in order to improve the educational content designed by different units.
Providing consultancy on video development requests from different units for video shootings, content design, message design and instructional design.
Providing consultancy on the active use of the studios on campus.
Following and promoting current technologies used in learning-teaching processes.
Presenting special solutions for the home environment (such as iPad+pen) according to the needs of the faculty members.
Preparation of written and visual guides on the use of software and tools used in learning-teaching processes.
Providing one on one technical support to faculty members and students on the use of software and tools they use in the learning-teaching process (OLTE SC).
Orientation to new faculty members about the software and tools they will use in the learning-teaching process.
